Anthony is an experienced executive within the pharmacy operations and excellence arena. He oversees multi-faceted teams within the various specialty care functions of Omnicare including Advanced Care Scripts and RxCrossroads. Anthony leads Omnicare’s initiatives to improve supply chain management, customer facing initiatives, business continuity, technology solutions that enable increased performance, as well as operations improvements and efficiencies.
Prior to joining Omnicare in April of 2014, Anthony held several executive positions within Pharmacy Operations including Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Giant Eagle. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s in Business Administration from Waynesburg College.
Denise Von Dohren recently joined Omnicare Specialty Care Group as vice president of Access Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for marketing and sales support and the creation of innovative solutions for specialty products.
Denise has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and 15 years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, with extensive experience in reimbursement, access, and policy in addition to brand marketing. Von Dohren has held multiple positions in the pharmaceutical industry, including director of reimbursement assessment. She has developed successful planning and reimbursement analysis for pre-launch and inline products. In addition, she managed brand support and patient assistance programs for marketed products.
Denise has spent the last 7 years as a marketing director supporting oncology. Her major roles were channel management, healthcare provider marketing, consumer marketing, and patient access. She created innovative alternatives to traditional marketing including the development of an iPhone application, electronic medical record (EMR) project, and developed brand-unique channel strategy.
Denise is a graduate of Eastern University with a degree in business management.
Rob Brown joined Omnicare in April 2013 as Vice President of Business Development for the Specialty Care Group division. Rob leads the sales and business development efforts across the suite of manufacturer focused solutions including third-party logistics, reimbursement services, consigned pharmacy services and specialty pharmacy. His team focuses on providing solutions to the commercial challenges manufacturers face while introducing and supporting products in the marketplace.
Rob has been involved in sales and marketing associated with healthcare logistics and patient access solutions for the past 13 years. Prior to joining Omnicare, he was Vice President of Sales for Cardinal Health’s Specialty Solutions division where he worked for 10 years. His tenure included roles and responsibilities which provided exposure to all aspects of the commercialization process.
Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Rob led the North American healthcare practice for Kuehne & Nagel, one of the largest third-party logistics providers in the U.S. At Kuehne & Nagel he was responsible for providing international contract logistics and transportation services for several of the industry’s leading healthcare manufacturers.
Rob earned a B.A. from The College of William & Mary and has been an active member of the Healthcare Distribution Management Association since 2000.
